Police issue warning of alleged sexual assault on Mount Pearl trail
After receiving a report of an alleged sexual assault on a trail in Mount Pearl, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is warning the public.
Police say the incident happened between 3 and 5 p.m. Thursday near Donovan Street and Harnum Crescent.
A male suspect is believed to be around 17 or 18 years old, very tall and muscular with short light brown or blonde hair.
He was wearing a camouflage winter coat and black sport pants with white lettering at the time of the incident.
