Caller reports erratic driver

St. John’s — A 65-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving after a caller to police reported an erratic driver in St. John’s. Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officers stopped the vehicle on Harvey Road around 11:45 p.m. Monday night.
