Saturday night flasher arrested in Portugal Cove-st. Philip’s

St. John’s, N.L. — A 22-year-old man is in custody after flashing some people in Portugal Covest. Philip’s.

Police responded to the area after receiving a complaint of a man exposing himself. The suspect was located and arrested. He was transported to the holding cells in St. John’s and will make a court appearance Sunday morning.
