Passed peacefully away while surrounded by her loving family, on September 11, 2017, at Health Science Centre, Bridget "Anne" Tobin, of St. Mary's, aged 72 years. Predecease­d by parents Francis and Bridget Bishop; brothers Anthony, Frank, John, Walter (Mary), Robert (Theresa), brother-in-law Alphonsus and her furry companion "Bear", whom she loved dearly. Leaving to mourn her loving children: Karen (Rubert), Deon, Brad (Janet), Francis (Melissa); precious grandchild­ren: Kaitlin (Dale), Dylan, Carter, Brooke, Lane and Alex; her twin brother Gerald (Rosie); sisters: Elizabeth Mulcahy, Mary, Gertrude (Jackie) Carey, Madeline (Bob) Simmons, Geraldine (James) Bishop, Genevieve (Pat) Butler; sisters-in-law: Lena, Clara and Mary and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A heartfelt thank you is extended to the wonderful nurses and staff at 4 North B, Health Science, who cared for Anne this past year with so much love and respect. We invite you to join us in a celebratio­n of Mom's life during visitation held at Gibbons' Funeral Home, St. Mary's, on Tuesday, September 12, from 7-9 pm and Wednesday, September 13, 10 am - 9 pm. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 14, at 10 am, at Our Lady of Assumption Church, St. Mary's. Burial to follow. Flowers gratefully declined.
