HOUSE (nee Coady) Rita Agnes Mary

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Rita Agnes Mary Coady-house, age 65 years, of Paradise formerly Burin, at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre. Predecease­d by father Patrick Coady; stepfather John Manning and parents-in-law Charles and Evangeline House. Leaving to mourn her beloved husband of 40 years Reg; her cherished daughters: Carolyn (Blaine) and Elizabeth (Darryl) (her favorite furry friend Chloe) and treasured son Matthew (Ashley). Rita was a proud grandmothe­r to her two little grandchild­ren: Brayden Butler (3) and Charlotte Sheppard (17 months) who will always remember their special Nanny House. Also leaving to mourn her mother Marion Coady Manning of Burin; sister Mary Cremin and step sister Anne Flynn of Dunville; sisters-in-law: Edie, Rose, Viola and Betty; brothers-inlaw: Len, Charl, Bill; a very special cousin who was like a sister Marie O'neil Morgan; and many other cousins, nieces and nephews. At Rita's request, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 6-9 pm at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonweal­th Ave, Mount Pearl on Friday, October 6th, 2017. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Mount Pearl Chapel on Saturday, October 7th at 11 am. There will also be a funeral Mass to be held at St. Patrick's Church in Burin, date to be announced with burial at Penney's Pond Cemetery, Burin, NL.
