Success Real Estate Academy Local company launches comprehensive training program

-

An unprecedented step to provide complete orientation and training in real estate has been taken by Century21 Seller's Choice. Company broker/owner, Gordon Hiscock, says our company's Success Real Estate Academy promises to attract persons both experienced and new to the industry with the opportunity to develop their own business under the Century21 umbrella.

“Our in-house academy results from detailed course selection where resource people such as well-known industry coach Rob Vivian and a team of facilitators/instructors bring their skills together to offer a solid educational program. We're excited to be making this kind of advancement in our business.”

Hiscock notes that trouble in new business ventures can very often be attributed to two things: (1) a failure to understand what we are getting into and (2) absence of full and relevant training once in the new job. “These two cautions,” says Hiscock, “are at the heart of our new academy. Overall, we want to offer a curriculum that prepares a person for success in his/her own business - their own real estate business.”

Already in operation

Success Real Estate Academy (SREA) has already begun training sessions. Sessions are conducted at the Century21 Seller's Choice building at Duffy Place, St. John's. Instructors have proven track records and a variety of essential topics are covered.

An official opening for the Academy is planned for Spring 2018.

There is no tuition charge to attend SREA. If a candidate is new to the real estate industry, SREA can provide guidance in obtaining one's Realtor® license. Manuals and guidance for study resulting in licensing are available from The Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Realtors® (NLAR). Examinations as specified under Provincial Government regulations are given twice- monthly at The College of the North Atlantic.

Starting the process

Success Real Estate Academy is interested in meeting anyone who would like to explore the opportunity. Introduce yourself to Century21 Seller's Choice and let them get the ball rolling. They will start by helping the candidate fully understand all parameters of the business he/she is entering. The course, once entered at the Academy spans some 90 days. Not only is there no tuition, but candidates will earn while they learn.

It's not as difficult to succeed as one might at first think. The curriculum and, in fact, the whole work environment is designed to give the candidate a decided head start upon entering the real estate business under Century21 Seller's Choice.
