YOUR horoscope

- By Jacqueline Bigar

Monday, Dec. 4, 2017:

This year you approach your life with greater happiness and openness than in the recent past. A relationship grows in significance, and you feel quite secure as a result. You will land well, no matter how wild the circumstances become. If you are single, you will have moments of great fun with someone special you meet. Do not allow feelings of insecurity to surface. If you are attached, you have gone through a lot with your sweetie. As a couple, you understand the power of good communication. CANCER might be too clingy for your taste.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Your spontaneity could cause someone else to be upset. Some people might decide to take you on, and are likely to argue their opinions about what is happening. Recognize that you are responsible for having triggered all these reactions. Tonight: Head home and kick back.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

You perk up toward the end of the day. You have a lot on your mind, and you are more willing to share your thoughts. Someone you care about might withdraw. This person’s behavior might not be reflective of his or her feelings toward you. Tonight: Be open to a suggestion.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

You might be driven by your reaction to what you consider an outrageous action and/or statement. Try to give the other party involved the space to talk through his or her feelings. You might have misunderstood this person’s words. Tonight: Indulge in a favorite pastime.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You simply might not feel up to snuff until much later in the day. Make it OK to start your day slowly. In fact, play it low-key. Once you emerge later in the afternoon, you will feel better. You also might gain a new perspective on what has occurred. Tonight: Off to the gym.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

The earlier part of the day is perfect for furthering a goal, though expect some flak from those around you. One person might not even understand where you are coming from. Later, you might think that a different approach would have been more effective. Tonight: Take it easy.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

You could be out of sorts, no matter what you do. You might want to pull back and let someone else take on the role of leader. Reassess your personal goals. A sensitive situation could change radically in a few hours. Tonight: Join a friend who is always light and full of fun.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

In the earlier part of the day, your ability to verbalize your ideas emerges. Others respond to you positively. By the late afternoon, you will notice that you are expected to take the lead in a project that you have suggested. Are you ready to do that? Tonight: Break past restrictions.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

A partner could dominate your thoughts. You might not know how to handle a problem. Ask for feedback, and you’ll hear quite a few solutions, though some might not be as clear as you would like. You can work out the details later, if you so choose. Tonight: Follow your gut.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You seem to be in the mood to allow others to take control. Oneon-one relating becomes necessary in order to bypass a problem. Confusion often seeps into what is occurring around you. Getting a clearer perspective could be close to impossible. Tonight: Love the moment.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Making a strong decision seems close to impossible in the morning. Later in the day, a solution seems to present itself naturally. Know that others support you and your choices. Be direct about what you feel is best. Tonight: Let someone else take the lead for now.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

You will be exhausted from a creative brainstorming session that takes place in the morning. However, an excellent idea and game plan emerge as a result. A friend might want to be helpful but could feel quite insecure. Tonight: Do not fight the inevitable. Pick your battles.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Relate directly to those around you. Your strength lies in one-onone relating. Your ideas are unusually creative but difficult to actually execute, as they have a certain vagueness to them. Work on various ways of following through. Tonight: Allow yourself to be more playful.
