Sleep as a Foundation for Health A free public lecture by Dr. Sheila Garland, a clinical psychologist and assistant professor of psychology and oncology at Memorial University. She is the director of the Sleep, Health and Wellness Lab. Join Dr. Garland in IIC-2001, Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation at Memorial University and learn how to use the latest in sleep science to improve your overall health and well-being.
