CFUW Book Collection Canadian Federation of University Women is collecting gently used books for their Great Big Book Sale coming up on May 14th to 16th. Books can be dropped off between Monday and Saturday from 11 a.m to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We accept fiction and non-fiction for all ages and interests. Located in Woodgate Plaza on Kenmount Road between Toys R Us and Quiznos.

Hiking Through Time Dressed in a tunic and trousers like it was 1612, interpreter Chris Martin hiked around Trinity Bay following in the steps of English explorer Henry Crout. The weekly crib game in support of Ronald Mcdonald House continues in the basement of St. Teresa’s Church. Admission is $5 per person, with a prize for the winner.
