Dec. 25, 1930 - Mar. 23, 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear father and grandfather, France Molloy of Portugal Cove South, in his 87th year, reunited with his loving wife Agnes (nee Ward) on Friday, March 23, 2018. Predeceased by parents Thomas and Martha Molloy; sisters Christine Molloy, Regina (Frank) Mcdonald and Agnes (Peter) Hanlon; brother Leo (Nora) Molloy; and brotherin-law Thomas Linehan. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his children Alf (Cindy), June (Phillip Coombs), Sean (Gertie), Chris (Lynn), Connie (Clarence O’neill) and Robin (Tammy); stepson Sidney Power; grandchildren Ryan (Melanie), Chris (Talana), Ashley, Maggie (Tyler), Maegan, April (Jason), Brittany (Jason), Matthew (Sam), Michael, Blake, Connor (Brooke), Emma and Lauren; great-grandchildren Brooke, Avery, and Ella; brother Richard (Marg): sisters Emma Linehan and Marie (Don) Atwell; special friend Steve White; a large circle of nieces, nephews, and friends, especially those at the Mcgarry Complex and Alderwood Retirement Centre, and his special friend Elizabeth Doran who has been his dear companion of almost 20 years. Resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home. Trepassey on Monday. March 26th from 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, March 27th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday, March 28th from 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. Funeral Service at Holy Redeemer Church, Trepassey 2 p.m. with interment to follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery, Portugal Cove South.
