BDO Canada Limited (“BDO”), in its capacity as Court Appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of PTL Holdings Limited, PTL Services (Equipment) Limited, CSL Services (Industrial) Limited, and 9263357 Canada Inc. (collectively “PTL Group”) hereby invites written offers for the purchase of the PTL Group business or assets on an en bloc going concern basis or otherwise on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. PTL Group is located in Southern Harbour, NL.

PTL Group is in the business of heavy equipment rental and contracting labour services. PTL Group’s geographic location and its diversified rental fleet consisting of 230+ pieces of heavy construction, earthworks, transportation and site support equipment. This combined with its complement of approximately 70 full-time unionized employees, with extensive experience in a variety of fields, provides the PTL Group with a strategic advantage to deliver services to key local industrial, construction, and oil and gas customers.

The assets of PTL Group are being offered for sale under a sale process implemented by the Court appointed Receiver (the “Sale Process”). All offers will be considered by the Receiver on an individual basis as and when received in accordance with the Sale Process.
