Story time takes place at the Torbay Pubic Library every Thursday morning until Nov. 15 for preschool children and babies, accompanied by an adult. Drop-ins welcome. No fee. Shopping Upcoming Fall Book Sale
Mark your calendar — the fall book sale by the Friends of St. John’s Public Library is on Oct. 27 at the A.C. Hunter Children’s Library on Allandale Road. There will be a wide variety of books for all ages and stages of reader, as well as some music CDS. Great prices, and funds from the sale go to support public library programs. Donations of gently used books welcome. Please drop them off at either of the three branches labelled St. John’s Library Board.
