Surrounded by love and sadness, we announce the death of Lora Johnson, wife of Bill Johnson after a brave fight with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Lung Cancer. Lora leaves to mourn, beloved husband Bill and much loved son and daughter-inlaw Christophe­r and Leanne, precious twin grandchild­ren Colby and Abigail. Also leaving with sadness, sisters Barbara Wood (Douglas) St. John’s, NL, Linda Fry (Eric Burke) Dartmouth, NS., nieces, nephew, great-niece and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Also leaving with special memories, John, Kelly, Josh, who were like chosen grandchild­ren; along with their mother and father Wendy and Steve Corscadden. Lora was predecease­d by parents Edith and Edward Fry, brother Immanuel (Vera) Fry, sister Bertha (Cecil) Hancock, and nephew Peter Fry. No visiting or funeral services by request. Body has been donated to medical science at Dalhousie University. Donations in Lora’s memory may be made to Lung Associatio­n of New Brunswick, Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care, Saint John Regional Hospital Extra Mural Nursing and Extra Mural Respirator­y Program. The family would like to thank Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care team, Extra Mural Nursing and Respirator­y Therapy, Dr. A. Kristoffer­son, Dr. I Grant, Dr. Corscadden, Dr. Bishop, and Dr. Cassie for your care and compassion during this journey.
