7 DAY FORECAST, ST. JOHN’S

-

CINDY SAYS: A ridge of high pressure stretching northward from a high over the New England states will give us a couple dry, breezy days. On Friday, the fair weather system will push far enough off shore to allow another powerful fall storm to track up the Ohio Valley. This will make for another windy, wet Saturday night; rainfall totals will be in the 20 to 25 mm range with winds gusting to 50 km/h from the south-east. The system clears out early Sunday leaving us with gradual clearing and west winds gusting to 50 km/h for Remembrance Day. Expect a quiet but windy and cool start to the new week.
