A very special thank you to the dedicated staff of Chancellor Park who embraced Dorothy and fell under her spell providing her with the most compassionate care. Dorothy loved life to the fullest. She enjoyed many travel adventures, any opportunity to socialize and being surrounded by her family and friends. Always stylish, never shy to offer an opinion, a social bridge player, talented pianist and avid antique collector were just a few attributes that made Dorothy such a gregarious and vibrant individual. At the prime of her career, she received several regional and national sales person of the year awards with Welcome Wagon. Above all, her greatest source of pride and joy was her only daughter, Jane. At her request, Dorothy has been cremated. Given the global pandemic and respecting her self diagnosis of germaphobia, there will not be a visitation. A funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (The Kirk) on May 28th at 2 PM which will be live streamed for those that wish to join virtually.
