DUTTON (SHEPPARD Nee HUDSON), Dorothy May

Passed peacefully away May 28, 2021 in her 95th year. Predeceased by: her brother Jim Hudson (Scotland) & sister Blanche Williams (Pouch Cove) and her adorable cherished friend Winnie Thornhill, who was her roommate at Karwood Retirement Home. Leaving to mourn with loving cherished memories; her 9 children: Arlene Sheppard, Audrey Sheppard (John), Thelma Thornhill (Sheldon), Roy Sheppard (Belinda), Donny Sheppard (Audrey), Sharon Mcisaac (Ed), Daphne Miller (Paul), Glenda Pelensky (Elmer) and David Dutton (Tracey). Also leaving to mourn, her brother Harold Hudson & his wife Gloria and the Hudson families in Scotland, a large circle of her many adorable Grandchildren, great & great great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends; along with her longtime friends Richard & Esther Barrett and Clarence & Geraldine Hibbs. All of who truly thought the world of her. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you & our appreciation to the staff at Karwood Retirement Home for your compassion & care. Our mom loved you all dearly. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a Private service by invitation only will be held on Wednesday, June 2nd at 2pm from Barrett’s Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Pearl.
