GUESS JOINS THE UNISEX TREND
New His & Hers collection blurs fashion lines
The gender-bending fashion movement continues with the latest collection from GUESS.
The company recently announced the launch of its His & Hers collection, which features gender neutral pieces such as denim, T-shirts, blazers and button-up shirts.
“In a world that is always evolving and testing out new trends, it is important that GUESS, the global lifestyle brand, remains part of these gender-neutral movements that have been rapidly expanding and taking the fashion industry by storm,” Victor Herrero, chief executive offi- cer of GUESS Inc., said in a news release. “Our newest launch, GUESS His & Hers, marks our very first gender-free offering.”
The collection aims to “blur the line” of fashion norms, according to Herrero by offering “premium staple pieces” for everyone.
Shoppers can expect to find boyfriend-style jeans, a bonded bomber jacket with a faux furlined hood, oversized coats and more in the release.
Items will be available in three sizes 1 (small), 2 (medium) and 3 (large), according to the release.
The GUESS His & Hers collection will be available in select GUESS stores and online at shop.GUESS.ca beginning Oct. 3. Vancouver yoga fans (read: everyone) are invited to get into the groove at the The Yoga Expo.
