Happy meal
Jonathan Kay highlights the challenges involved in finding nutritious food while travelling (“Pop-tarts for Dinner,” May). I, too, have experienced this problem. Many years ago, however, when I was in Paris for meetings at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, I had only a very short dinner break at the hotel. My dinner was an omelette with fresh herbs and cheese, a small green salad, and a glass of red wine. Which goes to show that real food, simply prepared, can be both delicious and fast.
