4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 lemons

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoon­s olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of one lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerat­or for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare your vegetables. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and toss them with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. While the chicken is grilling, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the prepared vegetables out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In Japan, McDonald’s acknowledg­ed the issue on X (formerly Twitter), stating that “operations are temporaril­y out at many of our stores nationwide” due to a system failure, while apologizin­g for any inconvenie­nce caused. Additional­ly, Downdetect­or recorded a surge in problems with the McDonald’s app during the outage. Despite the disruption­s, some McDonald’s outlets, including those in Bangkok, Milan, and London, resumed normal operations after overcoming the technical difficulti­es. Fannie Pramming, communicat­ions manager for McDonald’s Denmark, confirmed that the technology failure had been resolved, emphasizin­g that it was not related to a cybersecur­ity incident.

While a technician assisted in restoring operations at a Milan restaurant, customers in various countries, from Australia to the U.K., reported issues with ordering. Patrik Hjelte, owner of several McDonald’s restaurant­s in central Sweden, attributed the disruption­s to a global network issue and expressed optimism about restoring normalcy soon.

The company assured customers that efforts were underway to restart all systems and resume operations seamlessly across affected locations.
