Forum: Protecting vulnerable adults

Welland MPP Cindy Forster will discuss her proposed bill to protect vulnerable adults living in privately run group homes. The event, organized by Niagara District Council of Women, is Wednesday at 8 p. m. in the St. Catharines library Mills Room. Also speaking will be Neal Schoen of Justice Niagara.
