JOHNSON, Jeremy

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeremy Vance Johnson at Hamilton General Hospital on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at the age of 47. Born on November 5, 1970 in St. Catharines, he grew up in Niagara Falls with his family. Beloved Husband of Jennifer (nee Beaudoin). Dearly loved by father and mother Lancelot and Cynthia, brother to Michael, Dareni (David), son-in-law to Jack (Marie) and Leona (Milan). Brother-in-law to Tammy (Trevor), Chad (Michelle). Cherished uncle to Natasha, Jordan, Naomi, Jazmine, Jade, Paige, Logan, Cooper, Sara and Dylan. Jeremy was a hard worker with a good sense of humor and a big laugh. Jeremy had the biggest smile and an even bigger heart. He enjoyed listening to music while playing his video games, playing golf and spending time with his wife Jennifer. He spent his life caring for his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL

HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service in celebration of his life will be held Friday, November 16, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Jeremy, the family requests that donations be made to Trillium Gift of Life Network on behalf of Jeremy as an organ donor.
