1/2 cup of dairy free chocolate 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup stirred tahini or peanut butter if you are not sending it to school 1/2 tsp. of vanilla 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil 3 Tbsp. of cocoa 1/3 cup dried cranberrie­s 1 cup quinoa flakes 1/2 cup shredded coconut (extra coconut is needed to dust the energy balls with) 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup flax seeds
