DIABETES CONNECTION! IS A support group for individual­s diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes and their support people. Have your diabetes questions answered by a healthcare profession­al, build confidence in managing your diabetes, get food and exercise ideas, increase your knowledge of diabetes as well as learn about ways to maintain or improve your health.
