A BAD TIME TO SNARL TRAFFIC APPROACHING ELMIRA
A four-vehicle collision occurred Tuesday evening along Arthur Street near Scotch Line Road south of Elmira, resulting in minor injuries to one of the drivers. Traffic was backed up both southbound and northbound. A second, smaller incident was reported an hour later when another vehicle collided with a stationary car in traffic, causing only minor damage.
