More artistic space

Globe Studios, a not-for-profit creative arts hub, now owns the entire building at 141 Whitney Pl. in Kitchener, thanks to a grant of of $150,000 from Ontario Trillium Foundation and financing from Libro Credit Union. The move adds another 10,500 sq. ft. of space for arts and culture, which the group says is in short supply in Waterloo Region.
