U.S. expatriates urged to stop Trump

This is an appeal to American Democrats living in Canada: Please make a point of voting in the November election. If you are a Democrat, request your absentee ballot ASAP and vote.

As the media coverage of Donald Trump’s so-called campaign has made abundantly clear, the U.S. and the world can’t risk a Trump presidency. We have more than enough crises already. It is also clear that we need all hands on deck, all Democrats voting, to stop him. And we need to wrest control of Congress from the Republicans while we’re at it.

This is a critical election and every single vote will count. It’s easy to request an absentee ballot. Just go to votefromabroad.org. It’s important to do this as soon as you can in order to receive your ballot and return it in time.
