Our habits indicate we want more pipelines

Re: “Politician­s time shift for traffic draws tide of outrage,” Oct. 20.

If we judge each other by what we do instead of what we say, this congestion problem might be easier to understand. As long as we keep lining up at the gas pump, big bad oil may get the impression that while we all say we reject a new pipeline, our wallets are telling them: “More pipelines, please.”
