Summer FUN at GNS
Just because it’s summer doesn’t mean that things slow down at Glenlyon Norfolk School! From soccer and field hockey on the turf to the opportunity to create a documentary and even channel your inner Harry Potter, this year’s slate of summer camps at GNS offers boys and girls of all ages a range of activities. PROGRAM returns for its 22nd summer offering sea kayak camps for teens and youth. Teen Marine Day Camps (ages 11 to 12) offer campers the chance to learn and develop their kayak abilities, Teen Discovery Camps (ages 13 to 14) allow participants to take their skills to the next level, and paddlers on the Teen Barkley Sound Camp (ages 15 to 17) put their skills to good use in one of the most scenic areas of Pacific Rim National Park.
Athletes of all ages will find opportunities to hone their skills in GNS’ fun and inclusive SPORTS
CAMPS. In addition to our popular and well-established GNS Soccer School programs, this year the school is also offering Field Hockey and Ultimate Frisbee! Players of all skill levels are invited to take part in camps that combine competition and camaraderie.
Award-winning documentary filmmaker – and GNS teacher – Suzanne Chisholm, will lead a jam-packed week watching, discussing and learning how to create DOCUMENTARY FILMS. After learning about producing, directing, writing, filming and editing, participants will create documentary films of their own, to showcase in a mini film festival.

POTTER CAMP! Get sorted, make your own wand, compete in the Triwizard Tournament, play Quidditch, and attend potions, herbology and transfiguration classes!
Are you interested in international issues, diplomacy and debate? Are you thinking of joining a Model UN Club or do you want to brush up on your skills before your next conference? If so, MODEL UN CAMP is for you! All experience levels are welcomed for this week of diplomacy!
