Van Isle Windows opened our doors in 1978 as a window and door manufacturer and installer at our original location 404 Hillside Avenue in Victoria.
Our success, then and now, is largely based on the foundation of being a local company who has provided exceptional customer service by our very experienced staff.
We take care of our customers’ needs by providing quality products and delivering professional, helpful service and assistance – before, during and after our customers’ requirements are met.
We manufacture right here in Victoria – this is unique and exceptional.
It’s the ‘local touch’ which our customers have told us they love – knowing they support local jobs and community initiatives when purchasing from us. The fact that we are locally based means we are connected to our communities and we can attend to our customer’s needs quickly and effectively.
We are the largest window manufacturer on Vancouver Island, employing upwards of 60 people who live and support our local communities. Every window, patio door and sealed unit that we manufacture is custom made for our customers. Sometimes our customers want their windows and patio doors painted, which we also do right here in our factory, everything from black to brown to green, we can custom match any colour of choice.
We pride ourselves in ensuring that only the best products are manufactured and released to the market. The company continues its’ steadfast resolve to purchase only materials made in North America; bundles of vinyl from Washington State, sheet glass purchased in Vancouver via Seattle-area plants, and hardware from Central Canada.
We have been installing our products since 1978, therefore we have some of the most experienced installers in the business, ensuring your windows will perform perfectly. We have history and a well-proven track record in manufacturing and installing quality products. When customers shop local, they can be assured that we understand their needs. Sometimes we even take our customers on factory tours and show them how we manufacture our products. Why? Because we can!
