This family run partnership of Donna Thomas and Tim and Tina Petropoulos and family has been together since the opening of the Fireside Grill. While Tim Petropoulos runs the day-to-day operation, it is uniquely a team effort with the vision of the restaurant. Together, they loved the property and building. There was nothing like it in Saanich or in Victoria. Fireside Grill partners located their business on Vancouver Island because they all agreed and still today believe that it’s the best place in Canada to live, work and invest.
