Our company’s goal is simple: to provide you with the best products and services in order to enrich your home environment. Our lavish selection of window treatments includes shutters, blinds, draperies, shades and even window film. Regardless of your window’s size or shape, you can rest assured Budget Blinds Serving Greater Victoria will have a customized window covering solution ready for you. Lorne Campbell brought Budget Blinds to Victoria as a mobile window coverings business in 2006. With his Thrifty Foods experience, the company was experiencing rapid growth. He started with Dustin, his nephew, and a few other close friends. Word quickly spread about the excellent service and lifetime guarantee. By 2013, Lorne hired Russell Gurney as his General Manager, and many other quality installers and home decor experts. In the fall of 2014, the retail store was opened at 100-915 Fort Street. This brought the designer in-house, and proved to be a glamourous location to display the many brands and options available to home owners. Budget Blinds has become a very well-known and well-respected company in our community. We are thrilled that Times

Colonist readers voted us number one. Business owner Lorne Campbell chaired the BC Cancer Foundation’s “Jingle Mingle” in 2015. He and his family are recognized for their philanthropy. Lorne has been activey invloved in the Victoria community throughout his life, watching his dad build the Thrifty Food Store chain, giving back every step of the way.
