The 10th annual SKAMpede. Outdoor live performance festival along the Galloping Goose and Harbour Road. Audiences travel from show to show by any transportation and can view up to 14 shows by national artists.

Saanich 150 Time Capsule Ceremony. 11 a.m., gather at the foot of the stairs, off the parking lot. Coffee and cake will be served after the time capsule is put into the cairn that will be opened in 2067 (Canada’s 200th birthday). Family Fun at Heritage Acres for B.C. Children’s Hospital.
