Forging a new look in the heart of Esquimalt

Construction workers were busy Tuesday on the Esquimalt Town Square development on Esquimalt Road. When finished, the area will feature civic, residential and commercial uses including a public square, an art walk and the relocated Esquimalt Branch of the Greater Victoria Public Library.
