AMERICAN After years of Neapolitan domination, Toronto finally has Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. Customers can create their own over-the-top pie or choose one of three pre-designed ones, like the Chicago Classic (pictured above), three inches deep and crammed with mozzarella, pepperoni and Italian sausage.
