WELCOME TO TORONTO COCKTAIL WEEK 2019

-

WE’RE DOING IT AGAIN. Toronto Cocktail Week, that is—a six-day celebration of the people and places that make this city’s bar scene dynamic and exceptional night after night.

Something special is happening in this city, which is why every night from October 15 to 20, we’re raising a glass to (and at) the city’s essential cocktail spots. We’re hoping you’ll join us, using this guide to nearly 70 terrific bars— from the Junction to Gerrard East, and from Bayview Village all the way down to the downtown core—all of them serving up delicious drinks. If you start right now, maybe you can even get to every stop on this map.The good news is that, even if you miss a few, every one of the bartenders at these venues will be more than happy to make you a tasty drink long afterTCW is over. Think of this, then, as a life list.

There’s more toToronto’s cocktail culture than its awesome bars, of course, and to showcase how quickly our city’s bar stars have taken a global lead on issues such as sustainable drinking, low-alcohol alternatives, community-building—and, of course, techniques for making great cocktails—we’re also throwing a series of special events that will help shine a light on their achievements.TCW will kick off with an unforgettable opening party at the Evergreen Brickworks on October 15, with featured cocktails being shaken up by the city’s best. The week will be stacked with expert seminars, spirit tastings and special guests from distilleries. So, book the week off, buy a ticket or two and start planning the fun. It’s going to be a week to remember. Again. See our full schedule of events at torontococktailweek.ca
