Le Méridien Versailles in Montreal celebrates hotel renovation­s with special rate

Travellers are raising a pint glass to the latest travel trend: “beer-cations.” Craft-brewery tours, tastings and even festivals are popping up all over the map. On the West Coast, Oregon’s Pronghorn Resort’s new package titled “Links, Lines and Lagers,” includes two nights accommodat­ion, a half-day guided fishing trip, a round of golf and a Bend Brew bus tour. The deal is available through June 30. See pronghorn.aubergeres­orts.com.

The boutique hotel is celebratin­g its new look with a special $129 lead-in rate.

The tiny Michigan vacation spot is home to the historic Mackinac Island Lilac Festival, the first and largest summer event on the island. Mission Point Resort’s Lilac Festival Getaway package includes two or three nights accommodat­ion plus full breakfast, a small lilac plant and a lilac and garden tour.
