CHANGES

Café Boulud closed this week for renovations, three years after it opened in the Four Seasons Hotel at 60 Yorkville Ave. It plans to reopen in time for the Toronto International Film Festival in September, with a design by Martin Brudnizki (the Ivy) that can only improve on the sterile office vibe first created by Rosalie Wise Design. Chef de cuisine Sylvain Assié will oversee the Lyonnaise brasserie menu, which features rotisserie meats. Tyler Shedden, the previous chef, plans to open his own restaurant in Toronto.
