Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao top Forbes’ annual highest-paid celebritie­s list,

Forbes has released its Celebrity 100 list and boxer Floyd Mayweather came out on top.

The 38-year-old boxer raked in $300 million over the past 12 months, earnings nearly double those of the second-highest paid celebrity — Manny Pacquiao, who took in $160 million.

Both boxers owe their status to the May 2 match that Mayweather won.

Coming in third place overall is Katy Perry, the highest-paid female celebrity with earnings of $135 million, soundly beating the influentia­l Taylor Swift.

Actress Scarlett Johansson, $35.5 million.

Swift, however, does have the distinctio­n of being among the youngest top-earning celebritie­s.

Swift, 25, was ranked eighth in the

overall highest-paid list.

The 10 youngest celebritie­s on Forbes list include:

Soccer player Neymar, $31 million, age 23

Soccer player James Rodriguez, $29 million, age 23

Musician Ed Sheeran, $57 million, age 24

Actress Jennifer Lawrence, $52 million, age 24

Musician Taylor Swift, $80 million, age 25

Soccer player Gareth Bale, $35 million, age 25

Basketball player Kevin Durant, $54 million, age 26

Golfer Rory McIlroy, who earned $48.5 million, age 26

Basketball player Derrick Rose, $34 million, age 26

F1 driver Sebastian Vettel, $33 million, age 27.

Only two Canadians made Forbes’ top earners’ list: musician Michael Bublé who took in $45.5 million, beating hip-hop empresario Drake, who took in $39.5 million.

Bublé, 39, was ranked 45th in the overall list, whereas Drake, 28, was ranked 54th.

Musicians accounted for 36 of the 100 spots on the Forbes list, followed by athletes (28), actors (14), personalit­ies (10), actresses (2), TV actresses (2), hip-hop empresario­s (2), comedians (2), authors (1), magicians (1) and TV actors (1).

The top-earning actor on the list was Robert Downey Jr., who tied with Swift for the No. 8 overall spot on the list and took in $80 million over the past year.

The top earning actress, ranked 34 overall, was Jennifer Lawrence, who took in $52 million.
