Canadian hero’s positive story buried
Re For a Canadian sniper, one wrong step, Sept. 12 Why is this article buried in the World Weekly section, page 6. Our society needs positive news. Not all soldiers, police, politicians, immigrants, teens, natives and non-whites do bad deeds.
The Star should look for more positive articles and publish them; show people what Canada is about. The quiet good deserve recognition. Let the bad slide into the background.
This fellow is a Canadian hero along with his wife. Why not put his story on the front page of the paper? Marnie Parkin, Aurora, Ont.
