An anecdotal survey looking at comments and threads from social media and blogs revealed locations couples use as their sweet spot. Some are more surprising than others. Though your curiosity may be bursting by the end of the list, do note that public sex is against the law and anyone engaging in the act could be charged and fined.

Staircases at OCADU

Though many referenced the “yellow staircase” in OCAD, Reddit user “tod bay” writes, “(These are) better places: (the) very top of the green stairwell, (and the) very bottom of the orange stairwell.”

The Ski Hill in Centennial Park

The Centennial Park ski hill is usually deserted during off season. According to BlogTO comment user, “Sameer Vasta,” from there you can see downtown Toronto, Pearson airport and a view of the lake.

High Park

With a park this size, secluded spots are easily found. According to a deleted user whose comment is still available, “High Park and Hanlan’s Point Beach are the most popular.”

Gibraltar Point on Toronto Islands

The clothing optional beach is one that is recommende­d by many Torontonia­ns. BlogTO comment user “HRS” writes, “There are secluded parts of the (Hanlan’s Point) beach at the far end towards Gibraltar point.” The user adds, “Respect the fact that not everyone who gets nude wants to have sex.”

Riverwood Conservanc­y Park

There’s a second parking lot that’s free of cameras according to user “Chef_Lebowski” on a Reddit thread. The user advises, “Best to wait till about 10 p.m. or have a walk and return at 10 p.m. to your car and go to town.”

The Gardens at Lawrence Park

The park is usually empty after 10 p.m, according to user “Duolo” on a BlogTO comment. A popular spot near the park is behind the Public Library at Yonge St.

Bike Trail in Marie Curtis Park

According to BlogTO comment user “The-Captain,” the best place in Marie Curtis Park is a small bike trail that is near the far west parking lot, marked by a bench. “This, my friends, is the safest place in the park,” the user writes.

Sherway Mall Parking Lot
