He designed a luxurious two-storey home with more than 7,000 square feet of living space, in Mississauga’s affluent Lorne Park neighbourhood.
“When hunting for the right parcel of land to build on, one of the criteria was to find a mature neighbourhood where we could still enjoy a new home without the feeling of a barren subdivision,” says Orlovic, who adds that one of the things he wanted to create was a grand foyer.
He did just that, adding to the space soaring high windows and views of the mature trees that surround the yard.
