The federal Liberals pledged to increase infrastructure spending across Canada by $60 billion over the next 10 years. An Aug. 23 article about the federal government giving the TTC $500 million for system repairs mistakenly said the infrastructure funding is $60 million.

Between 2014 and 2015, the number of licensed food trucks and ice cream trucks in Toronto jumped almost 84 per cent. An Aug. 23 article about the city’s licensing rules misstated that percentage.

An Aug. 23 article about school repairs needed at Toronto schools mistakenly said North Toronto Collegiate Institute was renovated and reopened in September 2010. In fact, the current school building is an entirely new one built just north of the original building. The old school was demolished when the new building opened in 2010.
