WayHome steps up with festival offers

Fleeced by Fyre? Pissed off at Pemberton? WayHome has an offer for you.

Ticketholders reeling from the abrupt cancellation of B.C.’s Pemberton Music Festival and news that re- funds were by no means a sure bet were dangled a small measure of comfort on Friday: WayHome will exchange one free, general-admission ticket for the full weekend for any ticket purchased to Pemberton. It will also honour tickets bought to the ill-fated Fyre Festival in the Bahamas with the same weekend pass.

WayHome 2017 is set to go down for a third year from July 28 to 30 at the Burl’s Creek event grounds in OroMedonte, north of Barrie. Ben Rayner
