Top pick Lewis signed and sealed

> MINNEAPOLIS— The Twins signed shortstop Royce Lewis, the first overall pick in last week’s MLB draft. The 18-year-old Lewis signed his contract Saturday at Target Field. The recommended slot value for his bonus was $7.77 million, but the Twins were expecting to sign him for less than that, leaving more money to lock up later picks.
