DH Martinez out of hospital

> DETROIT— Victor Martinez didn’t answer Brad Ausmus’s call Saturday morning. The Tigers manager let it slide: The DH was in the process of getting released from hospital after being admitted Thursday with an irregular heartbeat. He’ll stay in Detroit to rest for a week while the Tigers are on a seven-game trip through Seattle and San Diego.
