Holm ends 19-month UFC drought with stunning takedown in Singapore
Holly Holm improved to 11-3 by beating Bethe Correia in a bantamweight bout at UFC Fight Night in Singapore, sealed with a high left kick to the head at 1:09 of the third round. For the 35-year-old Holm, left, it was her first win since making her mark by upsetting former champion Ronda Rousey in 2015. Known as a volume striker, Holm landed just 25 shots in the bout. Eight of her career victories have been recorded by knockout. Correia, below, fell to 1-3-1 in her last five fights.
