Hague reportedly in critical condition

EDMONTON— Tim Hague, a former UFC fighter who was reportedly knocked out in a Friday boxing event in Edmonton, remained in hospital Saturday. Jackie Neil says in a brief emailed statement that her brother — known as the Thrashing Machine, according to his UFC profile — was is in critical condition after a bout against former Eskimos defensive end Adam Braidwood. Promoter KO Boxing said a statement about the incident would likely be issued Sunday or Monday.
