Second Aziz Ansari show added in T.O.

-

Louis C.K. is drawing protesters in New York; Aziz Ansari is drawing more ticket buyers in Toronto. The Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning comedian (for his Netflix series Master of None), has had a second show added to his Roy Thomson Hall stand due to what JFL42 calls “incredible demand.”

Tickets are now on sale for the new Nov. 26 date at roythomsonhall.com.

Ansari was among the famous men swept up in #MeToo allegations earlier this year. But whereas C.K. admitted to sexual misconduct with five women, Ansari has denied a claim made in January that he pressured a woman into sex, saying the interaction was consensual.

The comedian has not addressed the controversy in his “Working Out New Material” tour, but reports from earlier dates say Ansari has been taking aim against “wokeness” and internet outrage in his sets, and that he’s been funnier than ever. Debra Yeo

No sex charges against Stallone

Sylvester Stallone won’t be facing sex-crime charges in California.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is no longer pursuing a case against the actor, who’s 72, due to “insufficient evidence.”

A woman alleged in November that Stallone raped her in 1987 and 1990, but the DA’s report says witnesses she provided did not corroborate her allegations. The allegations are also outside the statute of limitations.

Last December Stallone’s lawyer, Martin Singer, said Stallone “categorically denied” the rape allegations and called the claims “totally fabricated.”

Singer previously conceded that Stallone had a consensual relationship with the accuser in the 1980s.

The woman’s allegation is the second time Stallone has been accused of a sexual assault.

The actor was accused of forcing a 16-year-old girl into a threesome with him and his bodyguard while Stallone was filming a movie in Las Vegas in 1986, a claim his spokesman called a “ridiculous, categorically false story.”

Stallone will next reprise his role as Rocky Balboa in Creed 2, out Nov. 21. USA Today

You could never pull one over on Mr. Feeny.

The 91-year-old actor heard someone force open a back door and turned on the lights.

Daniels joked on Good Morning America that he “struggled with an intruder, took him to the ground, I beat him up and he ran away with bruises all over him.” USA Today
