Karate Nova Scotia hosted national championships

Karate Nova Scotia recently hosted the largest Canadian Karate National Championships ever at the Canada Games Centre from March 9 to 11.

The championships saw 11 provinces and territories, with more than 500 athletes in total, compete across junior and senior divisions.

Team Nova Scotia fair very well winning seven individual medals.
