Karate Nova Scotia hosted national championsh­ips

Karate Nova Scotia recently hosted the largest Canadian Karate National Championsh­ips ever at the Canada Games Centre from March 9 to 11.

The championsh­ips saw 11 provinces and territorie­s, with more than 500 athletes in total, compete across junior and senior divisions.

Team Nova Scotia fair very well winning seven individual medals.
