Do you take custom requests?

We are not taking any custom orders at this time. The good news is we are always adding new Canadian cities to our product list. Give us a follow on social media to stay up-to-date! What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. We do not offer any international shipping.

How quickly will my order ship?

We process orders every 1-2 days. All orders are shipped out expedited via Canada Post. Once the order is shipped, you can expect an average of 1-3 business days for delivery within the Maritimes and 3-5 business days for British Columbia, Alberta. Please allow extra time if you place your order on the weekend as Canada Post does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

How will my order be packaged? Professionalism and customer service is our guarantee! We ensure every order is handled with extreme care and with the highest quality packaging. All prints are placed in clear protective sleeves with a cardboard backing to minimize risk of bending. The prints are then shipped flat inside of a stay flat ( rigid mailer). Shipping flat is the gold standard for quality art prints.

Where do you get your printing done? Currently all our orders are fulfilled in a small print studio in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The shop is owned by Randy Smith, who has over 30 years experience in printing archival quality prints. Randy’s attention to detail is second to none and he stands behind the quality in every order.
